Own a slice of history with Bovet 19Thirty Great Guilloché.
Why we love it
From being known for its intricate design history to using meteorites in their dials, Bovet creates timepieces for collectors!
The Bovet 19Thirty Great Guilloché is a 42mm steel watch featuring a skeletonised dial with a main dial bearing classic Roman numeral markers and a small seconds counter overlapping it at six o'clock. There is a power reserve indicator on the right. Additionally, it showcases the Guilloché pattern on a bright green surface, giving the overall look a beautiful visual contrast. The Bovet Fleurier case with a bow at 12 o'clock with a sapphire cabochon is an unmissable signature of the maison.
The movement can be appreciated through the skeleton caseback. Bovet has used Côtes de Genève pattern to decorate its manual-winding calibre 15BM04. The movement provides a staggering power reserve of 168 hours. Not only is this timepiece visually iconic but also a mechanical marvel.
This iconic Bovet 19Thirty Great Guilloché has minor scratches on the case, caseback, lugs and buckle. The leather strap has signs of use.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
