In 2017, Breitling decided to downsize its larger-than-life Avenger Hurricane watch from 50mm to a more wearable 45mm. This downsizing was complemented by the use of Breitling's proprietary material, Breitlight, which makes the watch exceptionally lightweight.

It is a chronograph that exudes sportiness with every wear. The case houses a bright cobra-yellow dial bearing 'stencilled' Arabic numerals, matte grey hands filled with lume, and a date aperture at 4:30. Additionally, it features three recessed sub-dials: a 30-minute counter at three o'clock, a 12-hour counter at six o'clock, and running seconds at nine o'clock. The case is secured with a unidirectional bezel showcasing four tabs, also made of Breitlight.
