An unparalleled chronograph design makes this Breitling Chronomat Evolution a must-have for all the seasoned watch enthusiasts.
Why we love it
Breitling’s Chronomat collection – introduced in 1984 – advances a classic chronograph design by effortlessly combining flawless functionality and seamless aesthetics. Chronomat Evolution is the next-generation Chronomat that embraces the collection’s famed legacy while updating it with some of the most amazing design and technical details.
This model, Ref. C13356 is a quintessential Breitling with a sporty look and a Breitling calibre 13 based on ETA 7750. A well-built timepiece, this Ref. C13356 is 44mm wide and exhibits a neoteric appeal facilitated by a veritable colour scheme. The sizable case, rendered in stainless steel, carries a unidirectional gold bezel engraved with a 60-minute scale and is equipped with the four signature rider tabs. The case is further armed with tapered lugs, a striped, domed crown, and chronograph pushers.
The dial that mirrors the hue on the leather straps is legible despite housing ample information. A tachymeter scale on the outer rim, Roman numeral hour markers, vertically-assembled subdials, and the date window at 3 o’clock coexisting with the brand details make the dial quite communicative. Like many Breitling watches, this Chronomat Evolution too is highly functional with a whopping 300 metres of water resistance.
The expression of unparalleled watchmaking and savoir-faire finds the perfect manifestation in this smart and reliable Breitling Chronomat Evolution C13356.
Overall, this Breitling Chronomat Evolution is in very good, pre-owned condition with very few scratches on the bezel and case back. The straps of this Breitling watch are soiled.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
