It's the familiar details coalesced with unique aesthetics that make this Calibre de Cartier a must-have!
Why we love it
This Calibre de Cartier Diver inherits familiar Cartier design cues yet brings a remarkably distinctive aesthetic that enthuses many. With a diameter of 42mm, this W7100056 confidently creates a bold presence on the wrist. The case, equipped with a unidirectional ADLC-coated bezel that leads to curved lugs, is beaming with textural charm. It sets the stage right for the equally characterful dial. The recognisable cabochon-tipped multi-faceted crown comes flanked by crown guards. Also, the black rubber strap that holds the watch in place complements the whole look effortlessly. This diver’s watch from Cartier boasts an astounding water resistance of 300 metres.
The dial has an undeniable Cartier feel to it, taking one's eyes to the Roman numerals and the sword hands filled with luminous material. A running seconds sub-dial sits at six o'clock, while the date window is positioned at three. Overall, it would make for a well-balanced dial, owing to the clean execution and legibility. The watch is powered by a reliable automatic movement, calibre 1904 MC.
What you should know
This Calibre de Cartier Diver W7100056 shows minor scratches on the caseback and buckle. Despite that, it is in very good condition.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
