The subtle charm of this Corum Admiral combined with a playful dial ensures you’re noticed everywhere you go.
Why we love it
The Admiral 42 is one of the best-selling models in Corum’s highly sought-after repertoire. A design that’s both pleasing to the eye and decent on the wrist, Admiral 42 delivers a unique versatility, of which this reference 984.101.20/0F03 AB12 channels to perfection. This reference offers a playful version of a celebrated design, featuring colourful nautical pennants – the most recognisable signature of the collection – and chronograph functionality.
Corum took care to integrate all the recognisable details of the Admiral in this reference and a notable 42mm size. The case, worked up in stainless steel, is appropriately thick. The structure of the lugs and the placement of the crown create a pleasing geometry. The blue dial features 12 coloured nautical pennants to mark the hours. The chronograph sub-counters are placed in a horizontal configuration, while the date window is tucked between four and five o’clock. The minute indexes on the outer rim and the brand hallmark at the front face tie the design together.
The wonder of design continues with a blue leather strap and the anti-reflective sapphire crystal that protects the case's front and back. The exhibition case back puts on display the automatic calibre. Whether you want to add a statement touch to a casual look or elevate a black-tie ensemble, this Corum Admiral will always be at your disposal.
This Corum Admiral 984.101.20/0F03 AB12 has minor nicks on the crystal, case, and caseback.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
