Redefining the luxury steel sports watch category with a refreshing form, the H. Moser & Cie Streamliner Small Seconds offers distinction through and through.
Why we love it
Let's address the elephant in the room: at a quick glance, most luxury steel sports watches appear relatively the same with familiar elements. However, H. Moser & Cie Streamliner Small Seconds, belonging to the same category, is refreshingly unique. It offers a visual feast of minimalism with its simple, time-only format and the marvellous Aqua Blue fumé Grand Feu enamel dial. Upon closer inception, the watch further unveils details that leave one mesmerised. We'll start with the case - 39mm wide and rendered in steel. It's designed coherently into a cushion shape with rounded curves and an almost non-existent bezel that blends into the caseband with utmost effortlessness. The bracelet, akin to the case, features fluidity of the design with wavy links and a seamlessly integrated configuration. There's quite a knack to the Moser's fume dials, and on this Streamliner Centre Seconds, we find the brilliant Aqua Blue fumé dial, looking mesmerising against the brushed finishes of the case.
Calibre HMC 500 drives this Moser watch through a self-winding mechanism and ensures a power reserve of 74 hours.
What you should know
This H. Moser & Cie. Streamliner 6500-1200 has minor nicks on the case and caseback. The bracelet and clasp have scuffs too.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
