This Aero Bang, with its bold look and exciting details, is a good reason why Hublot watches are amongst the covetable timepieces out there.
Why we love it
Delivering progressive, extraordinary timepieces, Hublot’s Big Bang collection emphasises bold watchmaking and a contemporary vision of luxury. Ergonomic construction, daring aesthetics, and a powerful mechanism come together to create these watches that make a modern statement on the wrist. A fine example of the same is this Aero Bang, a dynamic piece that commands instant attention via its solid black look and unique dial.
The 44mm case, crafted from scratch-resistant ceramic, is substantially thick and houses impressive details and complications. From the recognisable H-shaped screw motifs on the bezel to the sapphire crystal caseback, Hublot’s unparalleled craftsmanship and attention to detail are delivered quite tastefully on this watch. The skeleton dial is wonderfully designed, with each element evoking awe and admiration.
The outer ring of the dial carries applied hour indexes and a painted minute track, while the centre is a hub of complications impressively stationed on a skeleton base. We find the skeletonised running seconds, 30-minute, and 12-hour sub-counters in a horizontal configuration, joined by an open date window between four and five o’clock. The house logo as the counterweight on the large central second hand completes the dial with a signature finish.
Self-winding mechanical calibre HUB4214 constructed with 252 parts and 27 jewels powers this Hublot watch and provides a 42-hour power reserve. With a dominating wrist presence and a confident style, this Aero Bang is undoubtedly deserving of inclusion in your troupe of must-have timepieces.
This Hublot Big Bang Aero Bang 311.CI.1170.RX boasts a good, pre-owned condition with a few light scratches on the bezel and lugs and some minor scuffs on the caseback. The rubber strap on this watch is in excellent condition, however, the clasp securing it features negligible nicks.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
