A tribute to Mexico's vibrant culture and storied past, capturing the essence of national pride in every detail.
Why we love it
Hublot's creation of this King Power Mexico 48 is a testament to its commitment to craftsmanship and heritage. In celebration of the 200th anniversary of Mexican independence, Hublot sought to pay homage to the rich history and vibrant culture of Mexico. Drawing inspiration from the country's iconic symbols and colours, this King Power Mexico 48 embodies the spirit of patriotism and national pride.
Designed as a luxury sports watch, this King Power Mexico 48 boasts a hefty and round ceramic case measuring 48mm in diameter, making it compatible with larger wrists. This limited edition timepiece, numbered 67 out of 150 pieces, features red, green, and white colours on the dial, representing the Mexican flag. Its striking red skeleton dial, adorned with luminous indexes and hands, immediately captures attention and makes a bold statement on the wrist. The closed caseback not only adds to the watch's robust construction and ensures durability but also commemorates the historic 'Grito de Dolores' with an illustration symbolised by the bell that Hidalgo rang on that fateful morning of 1810.
This King Power Mexico 48 is powered by Hublot calibre HUB4201. It also includes a chronograph function seamlessly integrated into the design for optimal performance. The leather and rubber strap, accented with red detailings, provides both style and comfort for the wearer. With its unique blend of luxury and patriotism, the King Power Mexico 48 stands as a timeless tribute to Mexican heritage and independence.
This Hublot King Power Mexico 48 710.CI.0130.GR.MEX10 has sustained light scratches on the bezel. The strap is in satisfactory form.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
