A classic MeisterSinger with a workhorse movement that provides a whopping 5-day power reserve! Impressive, right?
Why we love it
Taking a subtractive approach to conventional watchmaking, MeisterSinger offers unique timepieces with a signature single hand that lends a touch of esoteric sensibility to any wrist. This Circularis Automatic CC927G highlights MeisterSinger’s expertise in curating elegant, timeless watches driven by power-packed mechanisms.
With its gentle round case and a minimally-designed dial, the design of this CC927G features a recognisable look, common in many MeisterSinger watches. A subtle contrast between hues can be found on the dial, accentuating the refined aesthetics involved. It also features well-formed lugs and a beautifully-designed crown signed with the brand logo.
Structurally speaking, the case is 43mm in diameter, held by brown leather straps that feature perceptible stitching along the edges. Thanks to the notable case that ensures a comfortable heft and the straps, this watch looks prominent on the wrist. The grey sunburst dial blends nicely with the stainless steel case while offering some contrast through the applied Arabic numeral hour markers. It also features a round date window at 6 o’clock. The overall appearance of the case and dial adds a neo-vintage air to this reference.
But things get dramatic when you turn the watch around and take a look at its put-together movement via the exhibition case back. The calibre MSA01, driving this reference, was the first automatic movement developed to power the single-hand MeisterSinger watches. It is not only highly functional with a 120-hour power reserve but is also visually compelling. The central rotor comes with two crescent-shaped apertures that let you marvel at the balanced symmetry of this calibre.
Overall, this pre-owned MeisterSinger Circularis Automatic CC927G is in very good condition with no visible scratches. Please note that the straps show some signs of use.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
