Mission-ready with the Omega Speedmaster Skywalker X-33 - digital intelligence meets space-age durability.
Why we love it
Introduced at BaselWorld in 2014, the X-33 was designed as a modern successor to the cult favourite Omega X-33 aviation watch of the 1990s. In 2015, the Solar Impulse Limited Edition was unveiled, linking the watch to the Solar Impulse project.
This watch stands out for its distinctive design, featuring a blue and green polyamide strap, symbolising its connection to Earth and the Solar Impulse project. The timepiece is powered by the Omega calibre 5619 multi-functional quartz chronograph movement. This movement includes features with multiple time zones, alarms, chronograph functions, and a perpetual calendar. These capabilities make it a practical companion for both everyday use and demanding missions.
Limited to 1,924 pieces, the watch pays tribute to Omega's role in the Solar Impulse mission since 2006, with each caseback engraved with the 'TESTED AND QUALIFIED BY ESA' inscription and a unique Solar Impulse 'Around the World' patch.
This Omega Speedmaster Instruments Skywalker X-33 Solar Impulse 318.92.45.79.03.001 has light scratches on the case. The NATO strap of the watch is in good condition with no wear and tear.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
