This Panerai Luminor Marina will quickly earn the pride of place in your collection on account of its distinct aesthetics and powerful mechanism.
Why we love it
Drawing inspiration from the illustrious legacy of Panerai, the Luminor Marina watch pays homage to the iconic 1950 case designed for the Italian Navy's underwater commandos. Despite its modest 44mm size, the watch commands a significant presence on the wrist, echoing the rugged elegance of its predecessor. Crafted from stainless steel with a brushed finish, the case exudes durability and sophistication, while retaining the timeless appeal of the original Luminor design. The sunray-finished blue dial, accented with a classic white hue, adds refined elegance to the watch. Enhanced by the sandwich dial construction, the Arabic numeral and index markers glow with luminous intensity. Secured with a polished and brushed steel bracelet, the Luminor Marina exudes understated luxury and versatility.
Under the hood is the robust calibre P.9010, providing a healthy three-day power reserve, thanks to the two barrels fitted inside the mechanism. Additionally, the functioning of 200 components is smoothly facilitated by 31 jewels.
What you should know
This Panerai Luminor Marina Specchio Blu PAM01316 has nicks on the case, caseback, and bezel. The bracelet and clasp have some scuffs as well.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
