Statement elegance has a new face. Rolex brings the versatile Datejust with an opulent dial dipped in the charm of diamonds.
Why we love it
Introduced as the first Rolex watch armed with a date aperture, today, Datejust is one of the most popular watches in the world that is globally recognised and loved by all kinds of watch enthusiasts. With its sophisticated elegance and timeless allure, Rolex Datejust transcends time and the changing tastes of patrons.
This Datejust 126334 is a 41mm model released in 2017, succeeding the reference 126333 released a year before. Comparatively, Datejust 41mm carries a more streamlined look that mirrors the original design of the prototype. The watch is constructed in Oystersteel with a solid case and a Jubilee bracelet. Although on account of a generous 41mm case, the watch exudes a sporty feel, it is also elegant and comfortable on the wrist. The water-resistant case is well-ornamented with a screw-down crown nestled at the side and a fluted bezel in white gold.
The dial on this Datejust 126334 puts forward a glamorous appeal with diamond hour markers. Additionally, the dial houses minute markers around the outer rim, three hands, brand hallmarks, and the date window guarded by the Cyclops lens. The 100-metre water resistance underpins the efficacy advanced by this Datejust model.
Elevating the balanced aesthetic of the watch is the reliable Rolex movement, calibre 3235. This self-winding movement is extremely capable with Rolex's Paraflex shock protection system and patented Parachrom hairspring with a 70-hour power reserve.
This Rolex Datejust, purchased in 2022, is in mint condition.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
