Capturing the essence of the ocean, Rolex Deepsea design invites you to explore with style.
Why we love it
The Rolex Deepsea exemplifies the brand's relentless pursuit of innovation in the realm of dive watches, rooted in Rolex's enduring heritage of creating timepieces designed for adventure. Drawing from decades of expertise in professional-grade diving tools, this timepiece offers both exceptional functionality and a striking visual appeal. The 44mm Oystersteel case is engineered to withstand immense pressure, boasting an impressive water resistance of up to 3,900 metres.
The striking two-colour gradient dial, transitioning from deep ocean blue to pitch black, symbolises the mysterious depths of the sea. The dial also features luminous hands and markers that ensure legibility even in dark underwater conditions. The watch's unidirectional rotating bezel crafted from virtually scratchproof Cerachrom helps in monitoring dive times with precision. Its helium escape valve exemplifies the watch's capacity to perform under extreme conditions, further solidifying its status as a diver's essential companion.
The stainless steel Oyster bracelet, combining strength and comfort, completes its rugged yet elegant appearance. Powered by the Rolex calibre 3235, this Superlative Chronometer-certified movement guarantees precision and reliability, offering a 70-hour power reserve. The Rolex Deepsea seamlessly combines sophisticated aesthetics with cutting-edge performance, making it a pinnacle of dive watch engineering.

Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
