Embark on a journey into the realm of horological brilliance with the newest Submariner, featuring a robust 41mm case, an astounding water resistance of 300 metres, and propelled by the unparalleled Rolex calibre 3235.
Why we love it
With a myriad of enduring Submariner elements, discerning the true alterations in the new Rolex Submariner Date at first glance proves challenging. Yet, a discreet, almost imperceptible adjustment imbues this timepiece with heightened elegance and aesthetic equilibrium. In a 2020 revision, Rolex extended the iconic diver watch's case from the traditional 40mm to 41mm. This enhancement notably elevates the profile of reference 126613LB, with the lugs appearing more slender and the fit on the wrist seamlessly harmonious, defying its 41mm dimensions.
Complementing the contemporary features are quintessential Submariner attributes such as the rotating blue ceramic bezel, meticulously graduated in 60-minute intervals. The dial embodies the signature design, accentuated by prominent hour markers and hands infused with Chromalight luminescence, accompanied by a date aperture positioned at the familiar three o'clock mark. Crafted from Rolesor-a fusion of Oystersteel and yellow gold-the timepiece features a screw-down crown, an Oyster bracelet equipped with an Oysterlock clasp and Glidelock extension system, a solid case back, and a water resistance rating of 300 metres, ensuring unwavering reliability.
At the heart of the Submariner Date 126613LB lies the Rolex calibre 3235, a relatively recent movement boasting a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. This feature-rich tool watch serves as a testament to Rolex's dedication to continual innovation and refinement
Please note that this Rolex Submariner Date 126613LB has scratches on the case, caseback, bracelet, and the clasp.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
