With a showstopper dial and innovative design, this Yacht-Master II makes a strong impression on your wrist.
Why we love it
Crafted for precision timekeeping during yacht racing, this Yacht-Master II 116680 is a masterpiece of functionality and durability. With a substantial 44mm case made from robust Oystersteel, this timepiece exudes strength and resilience while maintaining a sleek and sophisticated aesthetic. Featuring a highly scratch-resistant Ring Command bezel, this timepiece is built to withstand the rigours of the open sea. The Chromalight Blue luminescence on the hands and indexes ensures optimal visibility in low-light conditions, enhancing its usability in various environments.
Despite its specialised function for yacht racing, the complication adds an element of fun and versatility, making it suitable for various activities beyond the boat deck. Operating the regatta chronograph is intuitive: simply rotate the bezel anti-clockwise until you hear a click, then press the bottom pusher. Wind the crown forward to set the time on the 10-minute scale, then return the crown to the first position and realign the bezel. To activate the timer, press the top pusher, allowing for accurate timing of regattas and other events. The regatta chronograph is not just a tool for sailors, it's a statement of style and performance for those who appreciate precision and excellence.
Powered by the self-winding Rolex calibre 4161, boasting a 72-hour power reserve, this watch delivers unparalleled performance and reliability.
This Rolex Yacht-Master II 116680 is in excellent pre-owned condition despite the light scratches on the caseback.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
