A charming and timeless Zenith sport watch backed by the matchless El Primero automatic movement - a dream deal for watch lovers everywhere.
Why we love it
This Stratos Flyback brings a classically refined look to Zenith's El Primero chronographs, complete with a pair of distinctive elements and a handful of impressively-done touches. Its stainless steel case measures a sizeable 45.5mm wide. As is common with most sport watches, this reference comes with a black ceramic inlay on the rotating bezel that tastefully slopes inwards. Also, the chamfered, tapered lugs tend to give the Stratos a comfortable wearing stance.
Zenith offers this Stratos with a well-designed and cleanly-executed dial that gives the watch a unique personality on the wrist. It comes furnished with a telemeter scale on the inner flange and luminous hands complemented by similarly luminous hour indexes. The subdials feature a conventional horizontal configuration but in a refreshing overlapping fashion. The date window calls dibs at six o-clock. Despite the addition of multiple details, the dial does not appear cluttered, instead looks elegantly complex.
Inside this Zenith Stratos Flyback beats the El Primero 405B automatic calibre. Its unmatched performance is bolstered by 50 hours of power reserve at a 36,000bph beat rate. It has a column-wheel chronograph with a flyback complication; visible through the sapphire crystal display caseback.
Please note this Zenith Chronomaster Stratos Flyback 03.2060.405/21.C714-POWG12A comes with light scratches on the case, caseback, and clasp that secures the sturdy rubber strap.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
