It derives design inspiration from the prototype Zenith chronograph of the 1970s and cues from other Revival models. The 37mm angular case shape is similar to the Revival A384, and the complete matte finish is borrowed from the iconic A386 model. However, in terms of technical attributes, this Ref. 97.T384.4061/21.C822 is distinct, designed with a subtractive approach. The absence of the date aperture and the minute scale from the dial creates curiosity and lends a singular appeal. The tachymeter scale, 50-metre water resistance, and the three sub-registers featuring a 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock, a 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock, and small seconds at 9 o'clock elevate functionality.
