Unlike most world-timers, reference 03.0520.4037/01.C492 carries a swirling design on the city ring, facilitating readability. This ring is followed by a 24-hour disc that moves counterclockwise to display time in each of the 24 time zones. At the centre lies a guilloche panel that houses the signature open escapement. It allows the watch mechanism to be viewed from the dial side. The movement is El Primero calibre 4037. It’s a self-winding chronograph movement with approximately 50 hours of power reserve, 43 jewels, and 351 components.

In addition to the skeletonised chronograph sub-dials at three and nine o’clock, the dial also displays a grand date through a double-digit register between one and two o’clock.
